I received a new pen for a Channukah present. This is a very cool pen. It is really many tools in one. I don’t want to mislead anyone, so let me state in the beginning that I love pens and gadgets. The fact that this is a pen that is also a gadget, make it all the more appealing, It has a stylus, Phillips head screwdriver, flat head screwdriver, bubble level, inch ruler, metric ruler, and of course a pen. I have gone through a number of batteries for my phone, always looking for either something better or something that works (preferably both). When I moved from my Samsung Note 5 to a Samsung Galaxy S8, I needed something that would provide USB-C connectivity instead of the standard micro-USB connector. I saw this and had to have it. First, it is just cool, it is a flashlight and a high powered penlight, what more could you want. I accidentally left my favorite bluetooth earpiece in a pocket and it went through the washing machine. Needless to say, it no longer works. I reverted to using an older one for a while. A while back I wrote this blog about web cams. It included information about Wyzecam, which is now officially my favorite webcam. In that post, I got the prices wrong (at least I hope I did). I got tired of putting my Apple watch down on my night table by itself and not be able to see it, unless I propped it against something else. Some years ago I invested in the Nymi Band. It was supposed to be a device that would unlock nearly anything and was tied to your heartbeat. Webcams A while ago, the webcam I was able to find was this little USB webcam. This one was a cute little webcam, although the quality was not what we are used to today, it was excellent for the time. The First It has a built-in microphone as well. I did have to attach it, via a USB cable to my computer. Eventually, that computer became another computer and then a laptop and then another laptop and finally a QNAP Network Attached Storage (NAS) device.
