Many years ago I purchased a four pack of location tags for keys and such. I dutifully attached these to various keyrings that could be lost. I regularly tested them in case the battery ran low. I never had to replace the batteries. And then I got a little complacent. I stopped testing as frequently as I did before (it was once a month, then once every two months, then once in a while). Like many of the items I purchase the Rechargeable Arc Lighter was a suggestion from a friend. He had bought several. The lighter is pretty nice. It charges via micro-USB, has an on/off button and a button to press to create the arc. The arc itself will light virtually anything. I have used it several times already. It is much better than matches of any kind and unlike normal lighters, it doesn’t “run out” of fuel – the charge it takes lasts a long time and it can be recharged (or kept charged).
